Offical Sweepstakes Rules

The R&M Crafts 3rd Anniversary Embroidery Sweepstakes begins on March 30, 2007 and ends at 12:00 Midnight Eastern Time on April 30, 2007. A random drawing will be held on May 2, 2007 to determine the winners. Notifications will be sent to all winners by email and winning names posted on our 3rd Anniversary Sweepstakes web page no later than May 3, 2007. Winning names will also be announced in the next regular issue of Thread Times immediately following the drawing.

No purchase is required to enter our Sweepstakes. You may enter as many times as you wish to increase your chance of winning. There are two ways to enter. No entry methods other that those outlined below will be accepted. Neither entry method will increase or decrease your chances of winning.

Automatic Entry: Your name is Automatically entered each time you purchase any regular or sale priced embroidery designs from our online catalog. There is nothing to fill out or mail. Each transaction constitutes a single entry. All purchases must be made between Friday March 30, 2007 and Monday April 30, 2007 to qualify. Embroidery designs only qualify for automatic entry. No other products sold on this web site are eligible.

Enter By Mail: You may enter our Sweepstakes by mail. Postcards only will be accepted and should be addressed to:

Postcard entries must include your full name, home address, email address, and telephone number. Incomplete or missing information will invalidate your entry. No exceptions will be made. Postcards must be received no later than April 30, 2007 to qualify.

Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded as follows:

• Grand Prize winner will receive the Embroiderer's Hoop Mate System alignment tool with a retail value of $399.99.
• First Place winner will receive The Peggy Stitch Eraser with a retail value of $119.00.
• Second Place winner will receive The Snappy with a retail value of $89.99.
• Third Place winner will receive a Bookmark in the HOOP project CD with a retail value of $49.99.
• Two (2) Fourth Place winners will each receive one 100 count box of Fil-Tec Clear-Glide Bobbins with a retail value of $32.00.
• Four (4) Fifth Place winners will each receive their choice of any Downloadable design or design set from our online catalog. Retail prices will vary.

Shipping charges are included where applicable. Every effort will be made to ship prizes within five (5) business days after the winning names are announced. Winners will be notified of any possible delays. Embroidery designs will be delivered by email to all fifth place winners.
