| What makes our dust covers the best available? |
|
Several reasons. First of all, our dust covers are custom made to fit a specific printer or other types of equipment. There are no "One-Size-Fits-All" covers in our inventory. When the design process begins, we research each component by checking with the manufacturer to determine the correct dimensions for that item. Our customers help too. Quite often we are sent suggestions by our customers on how we can improve our cover designs. Since we don't have access to every piece of equipment this helps tremendously. Our number one goal is to offer a top quality dust cover with the best fit possible. We always welcome customer comments and suggestions. We also try to take into account add-on units that may alter the basic dimensions. Some customers add third party components to their printers. For example, a photographer might add external bulk ink tanks to his/her printer. If we are aware of this prior to fabricating the cover, we can make allowances for the expanded size. In some cases we offer more than one cover for a particular unit. We're willing to work with each customer individually to get them exactly what they need. Secondly, the fabric we use to construct our covers makes all the difference. Plain cotton fabric will not filter out dust and dirt. It goes right through the fibers and settles into your equipment. The fabric we use is different. It's cotton, yes, but sandwiched between two layers of high quality cotton fabric is a layer of polyester batting that acts as a filter. It works much the same way the filter in your home heating and cooling system works (see graphic below). The polyester batting is lined on both sides with cotton fabric, and then the entire piece is quilted in a one inch diamond pattern. Dust and dirt getting to your equipment is virtually emliminated.
To make our covers even more unique, we embroider the name of the printer on the front in the lower right hand corner at no extra charge. Alternately, we can digitize your company logo and embroider that on the cover if your prefer. Digitizing fees apply for this service. Monograms, in the lower left hand corner, are also available for an additional fee. The finished product is not only highly effective, but attractive as well. But it doesn't stop there. In addition to the stock design covers we offer, we also provide custom services. We can fabricate a dust cover for virtually any piece of equipment. Give us the dimensions you require and we'll do the rest. Just because your printer isn't listed doesn't mean we can't make a cover for it. You've got plenty of color choices too. Our current line offers a choice of seven (7) different colors. Let us know what your needs are. We'll work hard to make a cover that meets those needs.
