Screen shot of the main "MyThreadBox" screen showing matches for Robison-Anton 5596 Black. As you can see, the results show all matches, and near matches by RGB, as well as indicating the threads you have in your stash. It also shows where that thread is stored if you have entered a location. Double clicking on any of the listed threads will bring up color chips for visual comparison.
This screen shot shows the stash edit screen. Here you have complete control over modifying, adding, or deleting threads in your stash. You may view your entire stash, or you may filter your threads by palette (i.e. R/A, Maderia, FuFu, etc.). You also may print a listing of all the threads in your stash.
Here is where you set all of the parameters of you program. You select the color palettes you wish to include in your searches, adjust the comparison tolerance settings, and select your own custom screen colors.
This screen shot shows how you add threads, and quantities, to your stash.
Double clicking on a thread from your search results brings up actual RGB color chips that compares the thread to the thread in your search criteria.
When you click on the button for 'Custom Colors' you will be presented with the standard Windows 'Color Picker' control - what this lets you do is pick a custom color and then have it converted into thread matching colors following the same rules (palettes and tolerance) that you have set for your normal matches. The 'match' operation will automatically be run after choosing your custom color. |
