Shipping Calculations:
Unless otherwise noted all items requiring shipping are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipping charges are automatically calculated using the online USPS Rate Calculators.
Embroidery designs are delivered by immediate download and do not incur shipping charges. However, you will be required to enter certain information, such as zip code or destination country, in order to complete the checkout process. Checkout buttons will not appear until this information has been entered.
Domestic shipments: To calculate accurate shipping charges it is important that you enter your correct zip code in the box provided at checkout. Even if there are no shipping charges associated with your purchase, you still must enter your zip code to allow the checkout process to continue. We are required by law to collect sales tax for all shipments within the State of Florida.
International shipments: Be sure to select the appropriate destination country. If you are informed that no service is available to your country please contact us for alternate shipping options.
Please note: To help offset the cost of cross border fees and other charges associated with International shipments, a 5% surcharge will automatically be added to all International sales at check out.
Cookies:
Our shopping cart stores a harmless cookie on your computer that keeps track of the items you place in your cart as you continue shopping. It also remembers shipping details, such as zip code or international destination.
This information is not transmitted elsewhere. It is used only to assist in the checkout process. No confidential information of any kind is stored.

Our privacy policies focus on the safety of all online transactions and the protection of personal information. We endeavor to secure maximum privacy for our customers and we want you know exactly what we do with the information you provide to us.
All transactions are processed securely through PayPal or our merchant account. Credit card and other personal account information is not passed on to us. We receive only the information necessary to process and ship your order such as name, email address, shipping address and order details.
We will never sell or divulge the names or email addresses of our customers to any mailing lists or other corporations without permission. Any personal information we receive about you is for our use only and is kept strictly private and confidential.
Warranty Information

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or discover a defect in one of our products, you may return it within 14 days for exchange or refund (exlusive of shipping) subject to the exclusions outlined below.
Every product we sell is warranted by us or the manufacturer. Our products are fully gauranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We make every effort to thoroughly check our products for defects before they are shipped.
Warranties pertaining to any commercially available products from outside manufacturers are based on their stated terms and conditions. Complete warranty details should be included with your merchandise when it arrives. You should contact the manufacturer with any questions or concerns regarding your warranty. If in doubt contact us for assistance.
Exclusions:
Electronic Media - Due to the nature of electronic media and its ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered. Electronic media such as embroidery designs or software that has been purchased as a download may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We will be happy to retransmit any purchased designs or software should the files become corrupt in transit.
Compact Disc (CD) versions of software and video products are returnable only if they are unopened with the original seal intact. Defective CDs will be replaced with a new CD of indentical content.
Dust Covers - No returns or refunds on custom ordered dust covers that were fabricated using customer supplied dimensions. Be sure to verify the dimensions you send to us. Your cover will be fabricated to these exact dimensions and fit will depend on their accuracy. Unless a defect is found in material or workmanship, all sales are final.
If you discover a defect in material or workmanship, return the cover to us for inspection. If we determine there is a defect in material or workmanship, we will fabricate a replacement cover based on your original dimensions and ship the new cover to you at no additional charge.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend or change this policy at any time without notice. We recommend you review our policies periodically. At no time will we ever amend or change our policies to include devulging any of your personal information. Your privacy will always remain our number one concern.
