Frequently Asked QuestionsAre your dust covers really that good? You bet they are. The fabric we use makes all the difference. Contrary to what you might think, plain cotton or polyester fabric does not filter out dust. Small dust particles can easily find their way through the fibers of the fabric. If you'd like more detailed information on the fabric we use click here. Do you have all these covers in stock? No. Our dust covers are custom made as ordered. It would not be possible to maintain stock of every cover we make in every color. Many of our customers request non-standard embroidery, monogramming, company logos, etc., so it would be impossible to have them pre-made. We do try to maintain stock on some of our best sellers.
How long will it take to get my dust cover? All dust cover orders are fabricated in the order received. Orders normally enter the fabrication stage the next business day after they are received. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to complete and ship your order. Large orders, or extremely large covers may require additional time. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
Do you offer any additional fabric choices? No. The only fabrics we offer are those shown on our web site. However, periodically we do offer unique limited edition or one-of-a-kind dust covers made from special fabric we were able to obtain. Be sure to visit our "Designer Series" for current offerings. Do all your covers include free embroidery? Yes. Unless otherwise noted, all of our stock designs include free embroidery. We include the name, or name and model number, on the front of each cover at no additional charge. It's also included on custom orders if requested. Indicate your choice when filling out a quote request form. If you wish to have something other than our standard embroidery, just ask. If there is any additional charge we'll include it in your quote. Monograms are also available for an additional charge. Can I order a cover without the embroidery? Yes. If you would like your cover without any embroidery just let us know. However, no cost reduction applies. Can I have my company logo embroidered on my cover? Yes you can. An additional digitizing fee would be required to create an embroidery design from your logo art work. Digitizing fees vary based on size and complexity. There may also be an additional fee to embroider the logo on the cover. Are your dust covers washable? Yes they are washable, but you must keep in mind that our covers are made from 100% cotton fabric and there may be some shrinkage. To minimize shrinkage, we recommend the following laundering methods: 1) Dry Clean. We do not recommend putting your cover in the dryer. What if the color I order is out of stock? We make every effort to maintain adequate stock of all the fabric colors we offer. Due to heavy demand we occasionally run out. If this happens you will be notified that your color choice is temporarily out of stock. You may then choose to wait until our stock is replenished, select an alternate color, or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel the order your total purchase price will be refunded. What about returns? All of our stock design dust covers carry a 14 day money back guarantee excluding shipping. Custom orders fabricated from customer supplied dimensions are not returnable. For this reason we ask that you make certain the dimensions you provide us are accurate. All custom orders are fabricated to the exact dimensions you provide and all sales are final. What forms of payment do you accept? Online payments may be made with any major credit card through our secure server or through your PayPal account. Both options will be offered to you at check-out. We can also accept credit card payments by phone. We do not accept purchase orders. How are your covers shipped? All of our dust covers are shipped to domestic addresses via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International customers may choose between USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail International.
