Many of our customers are brand new to machine embroidery. They have just recently purchased their first embroidery machine and feel lost in a sea of designs, stablizers, thread, needles and software. Often they are too shy or embarrassed to ask even the most basic questions.

We want you to know that we're here to help in any way we can. Don't be afraid to ask us any machine embroidery question you might have. If we don't know the answer right off, there's a good chance we can either find the answer or point you in the right direction to get help.

Each year the month of October is designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness month. Last October we released a special Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon design to help promote the search for a cure.

The ribbon was a big hit and we received many wonderful comments and thank you notes. If you missed getting this special ribbon it is still available as a free download to subscribers.

When I download designs, either free gifts or purchased, I save the copyright and designer information with it so I can tell someone else where I got the designs. I often put sets in a separate folder even though this causes more "filing". Then when someone wants a design I can tell them where I got it.
